To access our app, an airline crew member must register using their official airline email address. This ensures that only verified airline crew can see and redeem the exclusive offers.

You have total freedom to design offers that work for your business. Whether it’s a discount, a small freebie or a complimentary service, you decide what and when you want to offer. Of course, enticing offers will attract more crew members to your door!

When an airline crew member wants to redeem an offer, they’ll simply show your staff the offer details in the Night Stop app together with their valid airline crew ID (or a photo of their ID). You process the offer through your point of sale system.
Whilst we encourage you to honor all offers presented by our community members, we understand that there may be rare instances when you may need to decline. If you have reason to believe an offer is being used fraudulently, you can refuse it. However, we do monitor refusals, and a high volume of refusals without valid reasons may affect your listing on our app.
We encourage you to keep your listing active and engaging for our community. Instead of withdrawing an offer, consider modifying it to better suit your business needs. This way, you can maintain your free listing and continue to attract airline crew members to your business.
